Cancellation / Refund Policy

Your $15 reservation is refundable if we are unable to confirm service for your location. When service is confirmed, that $15 is applied to your first cleaning.

After your route is confirmed, recurring service continues every other week until you cancel. You can cancel future cleanings before a scheduled visit by emailing [email protected].

If a payment fails or a reservation is interrupted before completion, you will not be charged. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error and we will review it promptly.
